Terms and Conditions for Package Handling, Product Testing, and Reshipping
General Policies:
No Returns: Under no circumstances do we accept returns.
Missing or Damaged Items: For all warehouse locations, if a package arrives with missing or damaged items, the customer can opt for a refund for the value of the missing or damaged items or have the affected items reshipped at no additional cost.
Product Testing: Customers who wish to test a product must send it to an approved analytical testing laboratory. Before initiating testing, customers are required to first contact us. We will refund the reasonable shipping cost, the cost of testing, and provide a $50 credit per product tested. By choosing this testing route, customers agree that we are allowed to use the testing report for marketing purposes. As such, they should specify the client name on the testing report as PCT ZONE.
Warehouse-Specific Policies:
India Warehouse: Packages will be reshipped if no tracking update is seen for 30 Business days or if a seizure letter is received by the customer. If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer must pay for reshipping. Refunds will not be provided as the products cannot be resold. If a package is lost or seized, customers can opt for reshipment or receive the total value of the order as store credit. The exceptions to these policies include shipments intended for:
- The European Union
- Russia
- China
- Countries in Africa
- Middle East excluding the UAE
US Warehouse: This warehouse only ships domestically within the US. Packages will be reshipped if no tracking update is seen for 20 days. No reshipments or refunds will be provided if a package is returned due to customer error. If a package is lost, customers can opt for reshipment or receive the total value of the order as store credit. This policy applies equally to all destinations within the US.
EU Warehouse: Packages will be reshipped if no tracking update is seen for 25 days or if a seizure letter is received by the customer. If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer must pay for reshipping. Refunds will not be provided as the products cannot be resold. If a package is lost or seized, customers can opt for reshipment or receive the total value of the order as store credit.
- Outside EU.
By accepting these terms and conditions, customers agree to abide by the above policies and acknowledge the listed exceptions. These policies are put in place to protect the integrity of our business operations and to ensure a fair service for all our customers.
