Important Update: Changes to U.S. Import Rules

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. will remove the de minimis exemption that currently allows shipments under $800 to enter duty- and tax-free. This change means all international shipments—including postal and courier deliveries—will require a customs entry. While carriers and postal services prepare new procedures, there may be temporary delays or added checks as the rules take effect. Orders to the U.S. may be delayed by up to one week while we await guidance.

What you should know

• Orders arriving before August 29, 2025 will continue to be processed under the current rules.
• Orders arriving on or after August 29, 2025 may face changes in processing time, additional charges, or extra customs checks.
• To reduce the risk of disruption, we recommend placing new orders in early September 2025, after carriers finalize procedures.
