General Policies Set By Third-Party Suppliers:

No Returns: Under no circumstances do we accept returns.

Missing or Damaged Items: For all warehouse locations, if a package arrives with missing or damaged items, the customer can opt for a refund for the value of the missing or damaged items or have the affected items reshipped at no additional cost.

Product Testing: Customers who wish to test a product must send it to an approved analytical testing laboratory. Before initiating testing, customers are required to first contact us. We will refund the reasonable shipping cost, the cost of testing, and provide a $50 credit per product tested. By choosing this testing route, customers agree that we are allowed to use the testing report for marketing purposes. As such, they should specify the client name on the testing report as PCT ZONE.

Warehouse-Specific Policies:

India Warehouse: Packages will be reshipped if no tracking update is seen for 30 Business days or if a seizure letter is received by the customer. If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer must pay for reshipping. Refunds will not be provided as the products cannot be resold. If a package is lost or seized, customers can opt for reshipment or receive the total value of the order as store credit. The exceptions to these policies include shipments intended for:

• The European Union
• Russia
• China
• Countries in Africa
• Middle East excluding the UAE

US Warehouse: This warehouse only ships domestically within the US. Packages will be reshipped if no tracking update is seen for 20 days. No reshipments or refunds will be provided if a package is returned due to customer error. If a package is lost, customers can opt for reshipment or receive the total value of the order as store credit. This policy applies equally to all destinations within the US.

EU Warehouse: Packages will be reshipped if no tracking update is seen for 25 days or if a seizure letter is received by the customer. If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer must pay for reshipping. Refunds will not be provided as the products cannot be resold. If a package is lost or seized, customers can opt for reshipment or receive the total value of the order as store credit.

1.2 No Direct Sales: PCTZONE.RU explicitly disclaims being a seller, distributor, or retailer of pharmaceutical products. All transactions are conducted directly between customers and independent third-party suppliers. PCTZONE.RU merely facilitates communication and order processing as a technological intermediary.

1.3 Independent Suppliers: All pharmaceutical products are supplied by independent third-party entities operating under their own licenses and jurisdictions. These suppliers are solely responsible for product quality, compliance, and legal obligations.

2. JURISDICTION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

2.1 Governing Law: These terms and your use of PCTZONE.RU are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

2.2 Customer Responsibility for Local Laws: By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in your jurisdiction
• You have independently verified that receiving pharmaceutical products is legal in your location

• Shipping delays or failures
• Lost, damaged, or seized packages

• Customs or regulatory interventions.

4.3 Lost Package Mediation: Consistent with current PCTZONE.RU terms, we will act as an intermediary in disputes between customers and shippers regarding lost packages, but assume no financial liability for shipping issues.

5. CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

5.1 Legal Capacity: You are at least 21 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into these terms.

5.2 Medical Authorization: You have proper medical authorization for any pharmaceutical products ordered and will use them only as directed by a qualified medical professional.

5.3 Legal Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the receipt, possession, and use of pharmaceutical products.

5.4 Accurate Information: All information provided is accurate and complete, including shipping addresses and contact details.

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent local laws or regulations
• Resell products without appropriate licenses
• Provide false or misleading information

7. INDEMNIFICATION
